$5 Low Stakes Quad, Monday July 13

July 13: $5 Low Stakes Quads, 6pm EST, G/10+5, hosted on chess.com, winner of each Quad gets $15. (*Note: The goal of each Quad is for it to be competitive, if a Quad has too large of a rating gap in a particular Quad, TD will discuss alternative formats for that particular Quad)

What is a Quad tournament? Players are ranked by their rating (US Chess or FIDE; if you don’t have an official rating you will be classified as “unrated” or if you have an established online rating, TD will use discretion when placing you in a Quad). They are then broken up into groups of 4. Everyone in the group of 4 will play everyone else (single round robin). Whomever has the most points will win $15.
